I'd like to see the financials sooner rather than later also, but I really can't see any reason why they would be compelled to rush. To satisfy the DISHRAIDER's? Who cares? The stock doesn't trade, so the daytraders can't jump in and out depending on what the statements say, and the rest of us are long. The only concrete reason I can see for rushing to publish is if the stock is about to trade. The numbers need to be out before trading starts. But I don't expect re-listing until late Summer/early Fall.

As for the dividend, it's not an attempt to distract from anything. Again, why would there be any need to distract? LEAH will make their best deal on SM mfg. and distribute the cash not needed for oil development (if any). So many people on this and the RB thread miss the simple concepts.

I have heard that the Q1 results will not be released until the third week of June. Ken, I am as frustrated as you are about the delisting and the procrastination. But LEAH has a longer term view. They are looking to build up the company and sell out. The management of LEAH holds a large portion of stock, they also want to succeed. If this was a scam you would have seen wild swings in the stock price. I have owened LEAH since 2/98, a few weeks after it went public. They have made money every quarter
