CTHZ has possibilities. There is a $1.5 million holdback, that should have been released on 5/31/99, but there's no news yet. There is also some uncertainly regarding what will happen to the radiation treatment center in West Virginia--their partner in the project is in Chapter 11 & there seem to be some loan guarantees for which CTHZ is on the hook. If things work out over the next few months, this could be a very attractive shell. I've taken a small position & will wait and see.
