Rob, Sorry for the confusion I was addressing ORCC's claim to patenting bill pay via ATM networks.

As for first to market their product has been around for about 5 years, still no serious takers because of the fee structure amoung other things, NYCE Networks also has a ATM based service. Wonder if ORCC will ever file a patent infringement against them? Probably not since as soon as they do, they'll lose their tag line.

I respectfully disagree, The Courts have held that a valid patent is the issue....

Unless you want to pay triple damages...

You see, there are some people out there that are not trustworthy...
They have no regard to passing confidential information to third parties.

Remember, In the US you cannot make, use or sell something that is patented without the permission of the owner of the patent.
