just watching some lvl 2, it would appear, some are clearly stepping up and purchasing in quantity. 10k at 19 7/8, and several times when people selling 5k block, they have been snatched up whole. clearly there are some out there viewing idtc as a buy, and although the larger blocks have been on the ask, they keep get taken out. we could finish positive, since it would appear institutions(?) are willing to take the shares from the small investor selling based on the .06, and not looking at the big picture.
