If I understand the recent 144's filed, there are approximately 1.4 million shares registered to sell. Quite an overhang waiting for us when we get back on the BB. Yes, I know that a 144 does not guarantee the shares will be sold.

IN-COM SOURCE LLC 34,213 144 06/02/99
FREEMAN, LANSING 280,000 144 05/28/99
DOMINION CAP FD LTD. 564,387 144 05/19/99
SOVEREIGN PARTNERS LP 546,517 144 05/19/99

Sam - hoping someone can come up with a positive slant on these filings?

P.S. - Does anyone know who these groups are?

Dorine,

I don't understand why Joe Murphy doesn't sell the company while most insider trading is 144 for sell(no insider buy at all). It's amazing how time changes things. Just 2 months ago, everybody was blaming OTC BB , which now is so precious to DCTC.

My opinion is Selling the company either in whole or in parts and get the decent money back to the shareholders.

Just 2 cents.
