My guess is that the upgrade means Goldman is done buying -- not necessarily that they are selling. (Just a guess.) We've seen a one month consolidation, with many issues giving back 50% or more of their gains from March and April. Usually, the pump and dump comes at the end of a run up, not at the end of a consolidation, unless there is something seriously wrong fundamentally.
