I commend ANCR management for "holding back" this announcement until the right time, if that's what they in fact did. Some may argue that the timing is off because of market (read: stock market) conditions. I believe they wanted to wait until Brocade IPO'd received their market cap and then drop the bomb. :~)

I think I'll put some money back into the economy today! ;~) Strap in everyone, the next 6 mos is gonna rock!
