Todays stockhouse: StockHouse: How does 3Com look? Michael Murphy: Excellent. They have a May quarter, so it's over. They'll have their numbers out in about three weeks. They probably will not beat the street estimate this quarter, although I think they'll be able to come pretty close to matching it. They may try to beat it by a penny or something like that. But mainly they've started shipping the new Palm VII in New York, which has immediate access to the Internet over a wireless network. That product will sell very well, and really impact them going forward. Then they'll have audited numbers by about the end of June. That's when I think if there's going to be an acquisition here, which I still think there will be, it's likely to happen. The street estimate for the May quarter is $0.23 - .24. They will certainly do that. They may do $0.25. There won't be any surprises.
