LENEXA, KANSAS (June 3) BUSINESS WIRE -June 3, 1999--Dustan R.
Shepherd, president of First Americans Mortgage Corporation (FAMC), a
subsidiary of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:ARET), announced
this morning that the company will launch their web site
(www.nativeamericanlender.com) today at 12:00 p.m. C.S.T. The site will
be the first Internet loan origination web site to focus on Native
American consumers.

Shepherd stated, "The launching of our site sets a new standard for
lending in Indian Country. When we started the company four years ago
there was basically only one home loan product for Native American home
buyers. Since that time, FAMC has initiated a new secondary market
residential loan program with millions in loan commitments; developed a
working partnership with one of the nation's premier investment banking
firms in order to lead the way for the emergence of mortgage revenue
bonds and other public financing vehicles in Indian Country and now the
creation of the first loan web page designed to meet the needs of
Native Americans consumers." Shepherd continued, "We pledge to continue
with our aggressive philosophy of new product development while
broadening our delivery system to better serve our customers while
adding value to our company and its shareholder's investment."

The release may contain forward-looking statements that involve risk
and uncertainties, including without limitations, continued acceptance
of the company's products and services, increased levels of
competition, new products and technological changes, The Company's
dependency on financing third party supplies and intellectual property
rights, and other risks detailed from time-to-time in the company's
federal filings, annual reports, offering memorandums or prospectus.
