I think there's a good case for an action asking for an injunction against any new customers at datek until they can prove that they can consistently give proper service to the customers they now have. If they have all of this new money they should be ordered not to use any of it for advertising, but to use it all to do whatever is necessary to keep their promises to us. Bill,
