David: You've got a good point that VLNC's "action" should reflect this piece of news. Yet it doesn't(obviously). But this isn't necessarily surprising for two reasons. First, Wireless Weekly isn't exactly the New York Times from a readership standpoint. In other words, one could say their readership is a tad small. The other aspect is IF this is true, I gotta suppose the batteries will actually be provided via the joint partnership of Hanil-Valence. As such VLNC ain't necessarily gonna be privy to what's going on(blow by blow that is) in Hanil. Indeed, I recall asking L.D. directly, during a past conference call, about a South Korean newspapers write-up on Hanil's plant where a, to my mind, very aggressive date was mentioned with regard to the plant being on line. His comment. He didn't know anything about the article, or the date, but did feel that date was aggressive and that he'd be surprised if it was actually met.

Bottom Line? It's entirely probable that VLNC doesn't know much about this. Is this likely? Welllll, let's nailed down the veracity of that Wireless article first, eh??

Oh....by the by....I'm long VLNC by a weee few shares and looking for greatness out of them by end of July. ;-)

John~

If there was an article and it said something positive about VLNC that was important then don't you all think the market would react positively and VLNC would rise?

It rose an 1/8!!! Whats wrong with you? Try to be a little more sensitive to the long-suffering shareholders of this thread.

The lack of such a rise leads me to believe that (a) there either isn't an article, (b) the article doesn't mention VLNC, or (c) the mention of VLNC isn't new and important information.

You get half credit for (c) but you missed an alternative (d) "the article does not say what the long suffering VLNC shareholders of this thread represent it says."
