I spoke to Brent Hall yesterday. Here is a summary of what he told me. 1) The loan will definitely close / has closed. 2) Mr. Gould's death will have no effect. 3) The Lake Tropicana property will be remodeled / refurbished very shortly. 4) There will be an aggressive marketing of the time shares. 5) The Hawaii and California properties will be remodeled shortly thereafter. 6) A press release will be issued when the attorneys say it is prudent.
