I think guys what everyone is asking is for truth. Where is the 10k? Why are there articles written about the CEO in newspapers. This stuff is not false information. Asking where the 10k is,,,,,,,,what kind of falsehood is that. As a shareholder, I would like to know. As a shareholder, in the event the company is not accurately disclosing, and it fails, im suing!!!! As for the artciles, im tired of looking at them. But I cant blame this guy for doing it. Hes upset for some other reason. Get off your ASS and show us disclosure documents. And Chris and John stop your BS posts about 144's. Like ive said Ive been doing them for 10 years. But yeah you work with BS brokers like lisco. I usually use Prudentials and Merrill Lynch. They usually require me to pony up more that a few signatures. Like copies of the 15c2-11, and copies of any form d's or latest 10ks if reporting. Letters from the CEO stating the 15c is still current and accurate. Thats right you deal with scam brokers to sell potentially (see i didnt out right make a statement) scam company stock!!!!!!!!!!!!
