If the earning are so great how come the stock is breaking down? I am looking for a reentry point, but there is not much resistance between here and the mid teen. Any insight would be appreciated.

Zeev,

I really think that the morning sell-off on IDTC was in reaction to the raw number: .06 cents versus the expected .08 cents. Plain and simple.

Because it took too much work to listen to the cc or to read the financials, no one bothered to do so before the sell-off.

However, the cc and the financial both were, in my opinion, very positive. Wholly apart from NTOP, there has been significant growth in various business segments, and Europe seems to be on a real tear. The Mars/M&M calling card business, meanwhile, which was secured just yesterday, seems at first impression like it would be quite positive for calling card revenues.

All in all, I'm sanguine about taking assignment of stock per my June 22 1/2 puts. I'll then turn around and write covered calls. The premiums on options on this stock make that play attractive. Anyway, I'll have no choice.
