S.W, because there is a very large "naked short" position by the usual mob... and the insiders refuse to give in by discounting their shares to help cover the short position. Their only solution is bashing in the hope it'll drive the stock lower to cover cheaply. However, the stock has excellent fundamentals, thanks to it acquisition of OIA, a premier investing seminar Company that has excellent synergies with the rest of the business. I expect EPS of 65 cents in 1999 and a price of $30.00+ on a PE of 100. When the first Quarter figures are released at the end of June and the 10SB is filed, then the game will be over for the shorters, hence they must cram as much bashing as possible in the short time left.
