Hi Ray, MSFT/INTEL/DLGC are targeting the business offices ip telephony market and Vocaltec stated lately that it targeting the carriers market and looking to spin off the offices market with a strategic partner. We have to wait and see but I do not see msft/intel/dialogic competing against vocl in the carriers market like LU and Cisco. Do not forget that Intel and Vocaltec are partners in ITXC and Vocaltec is using DLGC cards in its systems (at least used in the past). Stock price looks weak and I hope Q2 results will do the job to move it north.
