Year over year report ending april 30.
I'm still encouraged by this comeback story, and hope we'll see a nice rise in attention with the salvo 4.1 release later this month. Buy now, you may not see it any lower.
excerpts from News release found interestingly enough at Canada Newswire, not their web page, which i checked for the release previous to this one only to be disappointed.

FY 99 Highlights

''This has been an excellent year for Simware and particularly for our
Internet product Salvo,'' said Glen Brownlee, President and CEO of Simware.
''In the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999 alone, Salvo license revenue almost
equaled that reported for all of FY 1998. We believe Salvo is well-poised for
market growth in FY 2000.''
Very early in FY 1999, Simware led the charge in the Internet market
space by being one of the first companies to position themselves in the
emerging Extranet category. At a recent Crossroads Conference in March 1999,
over 75% of leading-edge companies identified improving customer processes by
leveraging the Internet for e-business as the leading issue for the next
twelve months. ''This research now validates our early approach to the
market,'' said Mr. Brownlee. ''Simware is well positioned to capture
significant sales opportunities during the next year because of Salvo's
consistent ability to leverage existing infrastructures to deliver customer
and distribution management Extranets while satisfying our blue chip
customers' core business needs.''
Fiscal 1999 provided many key highlights for Simware and its flagship
Internet product, Salvo. A major new release of Salvo in October provided COM
support and the ability to integrate with Microsoft's Internet products,
including IIS and MTS. At the same time, Simware announced plans to integrate
Salvo with IBM's e-business products as a result of listening to both our
customers and IBM's customers. Salvo 4.1, to be released in mid-June 1999,
will allow customers to build e-business solutions that leverage Salvo's
unique business logic capabilities using the WebSphere or Net.Commerce
platforms.
Awards such as the CTI Product of the Year Award from Call Center
Solutions Magazine and the 1999 Crossroads A-List Award were among those that
brought industry recognition to Salvo's excellence.
Customer wins, as always, were the acid test, and FY 1999 was a key year
for gaining significant blue chip Salvo accounts with companies such as Otis
Elevator, Electrolux, IBM Canada, and ECO Laboratories. In the fourth quarter
of fiscal 1999 alone, Staples and Caterpillar joined the list of major
organizations to leverage their enterprises with Salvo to deliver best-of-
breed Extranets for the delivery chain - the processes that deliver products
and services through distributors to end-customers. Several notable partners
also chose Salvo as part of their solutions strategy, including Lockheed
Martin Canada, Daedalian, Logica, Systemhouse and The Web Factory in the UK.
''We believe the continued growth in Salvo license sales and associated
consulting services, similar to the rate of growth experienced in fiscal 1999,
should offset the anticipated decline in revenue from our OEM contract with
Novell,'' said Mr. Brownlee.
Simware's relationship with IBM as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
was a major part of Simware's strategy in FY 1999, and will continue to be
important into FY 2000. As an ISV, Simware participated in IBM events,
including the Business Partners Executive Conference and E-Business
University. Simware and IBM have continued to cooperate on shared marketing
ventures, including exhibits, conferences, advertising and direct mail
campaigns.
