"They" are not lying. There has not been any PR from the company (or via SSA) saying the financials have been released. We are all still waiting...some of us more patiently than others.

I think from the way I read it was they were sent and then
they were sent back to them for more information etc. When
you think about it for the first reporting there must be a
lot of digging up to do.
