History is made! HYPD trades on the Nanocap System for the first time. Yesterday HYPD completed the first trade on an alternative trading system called the SBX Nanocap System. The trade occurred in between the spread saving both parties money. It also occurred without any market maker participation. The SBX Nanocap System is similar to Instinet or Island for the OTCBB, except that is on the Internet. Traders can post bids and offers (with approval from their broker)and trade in between the spread with or without market maker participation.
