Bernie has posted recently on SI...

I am currently on temporary suspension from that forum.

I would like to ask Bernie several questions.

Why did you feel the need to call Martin Frankel?

According to Marty the call was much shorter.
Before he hung up on you.

Do you have a record of your phone bill to attest to its length?

Please also explain the purpose of your call.
Can you also explain why he hung on you.

I find it highly peculiar that your number has been disconnected at this time.

Please email ztect@erols.com or ztect@hotmail.com so that you may forward me with another number where I may reach you.

Since I have only Marty's account of what transpired, your calling him prior to an event that may have triggered buying in conjunction with REW subsequent page, make your denial of any impropriey at least to these naive eyes highly circumspect.

Personally, in light of all the evidence I'm aware and have on record, you sir are a complete and total @sshole and belong with REW and Dixie in jail.

If you have any problems with what I have just wrote...

Sue me....Let's see what is uncovered during discovery. You worthless piece of scum.

Sincerely,

ztect,

and you already have my name and number since I naively provided you with that information when REW collected the share holder holdings

How you look in the mirror and not want to vomit, I do not know.

Can we have all are shares back please? And what about your "friend" Neil....Have you no shame..

I sold several of my friends on TSIG because G/H selected them to represent. To me it was a great confidence factor to have G/H with their reputation represent TSIg. I still believe in TSIG and the business plan. Guess about the only thing that will sell TSIG to the masses is when profit starts showing from all the good deals.

SHOULD YOU BUY OR SELL? Everyone comtemplation this question needs to ask themselves the following questions:

** Is the all the bad news out? Is everyone already thinking the worst? Have most who were nervous out?

I think that is pretty much the case, but again, the secret is analyzing REWARD to RISK ratio.

Is TSIG a better buy NOW at these levels after they have decided to simplify and refocus on the MyMusicCard biz whose STRENGTH is CASH FLOW AND LOW MARKETING COSTS?

or was it a better buy a few weeks ago at 40 cents when they were spending money right and left and into scads of different areas?

This is a risky stock, but you may want to read the following, just posted on SW's thread in response to his question about "Does TSIG have much cash left to carry out their new, refocused businesss plan?

SHOULD YOU BUY OR SELL? Everyone asking this question needs to ask themselves the following questions:

** Is the all the bad news out? Is everyone already thinking the worst? Have most sold who are just tired of waiting and worrying about how many shares outstanding there are, or all the supposedly secret dealings behind the scenes, and the soap opera scare tactics, etc.?

I think that is pretty much the case, but again, the secret is analyzing REWARD to RISK ratio. Try to remove yourself emotionally from the whole scene and...

ASK YOURSELF?
Is TSIG a better buy NOW at these levels after they have decided to simplify and refocus on the MyMusicCard biz whose STRENGTH is CASH FLOW, MONEY UPFRONT, LOW MARKETING COSTS, AND ALREADY SIGNED CONTRACTS?

or was it a better buy a few weeks ago at 40 cents when they were spending money right and left and into scads of different areas?

Hey, no question, this is a risky stock and I am not putting more than a few thousand into it, but you may want to read the following, just posted on SW's thread in response to his question about "Does TSIG have much cash left to carry out their new, refocused businesss plan?

Artemous, you said, "My question to Robert Gordon is how he attained those 40 million shares?" Would you clarify that for us? The last I heard, R. Gordon (and family) owned approximately 14 million shares. Does anyone know any differently? If you are referring to the 26 million shares of which Mr. Gordon was the beneficial owner (not actual owner) as of 12/31/98, I personally have explained that on the thread 5 or 6 times. If you ask that question during the call tonight, you will waste much time that could more profitably spent on another subject. Regards, Suzanne
