Elliot,

As Roger offered in the conference call -- we may see some contract announcements starting in June. I personally believe the way he said that suggested that they had at least something in the bag. They have been overly cautious about all announcements since he has taken control.

I'm staying in simply because we have, what I feel, is now the best of both worlds going forward.

1) Imminent contract wins.
2) Potential for takeover.
