Yes, working capital was probably on the minds of the Ancor negotiators, to be sure. There is no time frame involved that I can see. I take it that an announcement like this will require an SEC filing? Maybe it will be in there. What I was curious about was the fact that it appeared that this 1.5 million shares would give Sun just over 5% of ANCR stock. Is this a coincidence? Probably, as Ancor will, over time, probably have to issue more shares. I presented this news to Michael Burke over in his thread(he owned ANCR until it went up too far too fast) and here is his reply:

I wasn't aware that this type of deal was so unusual, but then again, I don't have one iota his experience.
