If ERICY is in talks with BLS (Bellsouth) who is in danger of losing a contract?

Ericsson says in talks on order from BellSouth
STOCKHOLM, June 3 (Reuters) - Swedish telecoms equipment maker Ericsson said on Thursday it was in talks with U.S. telecommunications firm BellSouth Corp (NYSE:BLS - news) about a contract, but gave no further details.

''We're negotiating with BellSouth about a contract and we hope that in the near future we'll be able to come out with more information,'' Ericsson spokeswoman Pia Gideon told Reuters.

The Wall Street Journal newspaper said in its online edition that the BellSouth contract under negotiation was worth $500 million.

Ericsson declined to comment on this figure.

Ericsson shares were up nine crowns at 244.5
