Paul, I am reducing my position in ccmc. Just nervous about the risk factors involved with this kind of deal. However, on the positive side, the proxy is supposed to be mailed next week. If you remain interested you might call for a copy next week. A much less risky proposition is the dd takeout of phb. Only major regulatory hurdle is European Committee. As usual I am playing this as an option opportunity. My June 35 puts are near expiration and today I sold the September 30 puts at 13/16. I rate successful completion at 90%. The puts earn about 60% on annualized basis.
