ZenFAUST-what I hear is that despite the appearance of the shares in your account-ultimately-the shares certs will be delivered to your home address directly(the address you provided your broker) Your broker will give your address to the transfer agent at which time the shares will be deducted from your account. So the long and short of it is the shares will be delivered irregardless. Of course if the short position is as large as advertised-this could present a problem...
