A re-post from Yahoo. This post actually lacks vulgarity and has the semblence of validity!...........
ATT&T DEAL
by: VIRGININVESTOR99 40840 of 40840
I knew I had read something about a potential deal with T several months ago, but have heard nothing about it since then.
Check this out - from PC Week Online - January 25,1999 - article entitled "Services take a converged turn at ComNet" by Paula Musich and John Rendleman.

"One potential 3Com customer is AT&T Corp., which is expected to place an order worth more than $1 billion for TCITS (Total Control IP Telephony), said sources close to 3Com, in Santa Clara, Calif."

I'm not a "tech person" so I don't know if we're talking about the same deal, but $1 BILLION, that is sooooooo cool. GO COMS !!
