actually Ford and GM seem to do this quite often ... ther spinoff game

if you look at the chart of F when it spun off it's last devision (whatever that was) ... it retraced, back up to pre-split price with in a month ... F was a good deal at the time ... as is GM now

DPH ... still a very good "name brand"

trading it in for AMGN (I like more pain)
