Since when do you compare Sales to Market Cap?
Microsoft Market Cap = 387 Billion
Microsoft Last Year's Revenue = 14 Billion
I don't see the value in that comparison. I understand what you are getting at but you need to work with some different numbers I think.
Aware is trading on potential future earnings based on gaining a decent year of the market. No one believes they will get revenue on every modem sold with ADSL, but maybe a 30-40% share of the first couple years of ADSL modem deployment. Look at numbers from previous deployments like 56K etc.

What are you talking about? This company's system product didn't
make it big time, that is true. Yet, these guys are posed to collect
royalties in the hundreds of millions just sitting back with their
feet up from the past decade of work. DSL is in the process of hitting
big time, since it's the only solution the bellcore's have.

PE? Granted the market no longer seems to look at PE's, but this is still a $60.00 stock over the long haul.
