NASHUA, N.H., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Agile Enterprise, Inc., a wholly

and Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ) have announced an agreement to
provide products and services to the publishing industry.
Agile Enterprise, a supplier of cutting-edge newspaper systems, has
entered into a reseller teaming agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation's
MultiMedia Publishing Services unit to supply newspaper prepress systems in
the United States, Canada and Mexico. Agile Enterprise newspaper products
include complete editorial, pagination, and Internet delivery solutions. Agile
Enterprise systems are Year 2000 compliant and utilize open systems
technology.
Agile Enterprise created its cross-platform TeamBase publishing solution
in 1993. TeamBase meets and exceeds all the specialized features of
old-generation proprietary systems and allows organizations to work the way
they want to. TeamBase's familiar user-interface, customizability, use of
industry-standard tools and platform independence saves time and expense on
training. The Cole Group hailed TeamBase as, "...one of the best designed
systems the industry has ever seen."
TeamBase is installed at publications as small as 15 seats and as large as
450. Some of Agile Enterprise's customers include Newsweek (New York), U.S.
News & World Report (Washington, D.C.), Our Sunday Visitor (Huntington, IN),

and features automated layout, archiving and Web output. The system runs on
Windows 98, NT and Mac OS 8.5.

variety of hardware and software products for the newspaper industry. Compaq
