Are there any impending difficulties with the Lu and Asnd deal? Is it going to happen?

There's about as much chance of McGinn letting the Ascend deal fall through as there was of Armstrong losing the bid for UMG. I.e., less than zero.

I haven't heard of any difficulties. In fact, I thought the two companies were already working closely together to make sure they hit the ground running, which is SO Lucent's style.
