Craig, Sun could not accumulate shares at $7 and change when they are selling at $9 and change. What is weird is this way of doing business. Why not just put everything into the price instead of messing with the stock and the warrants? Is every customer going to become an owner?

I just think it is a sign of how much of what is called business is really just bulling stocks, these days. We will never have any idea whether this is a good deal for Ancor short term, but I have no doubt it is a good deal long term, as they are seen stealing a contract from their top competitor.
