A while ago, I posted that DCI might consider an "informal" letter
to shareholders. The post went over like a lead balloon.
Many here have said that this company prides itself on keeping
stockholders abreast of things. Well, we've endured two lengthy
QP's followed by some of the worst news imaginable. Just what the
freakin' hell is going on here? We have long time "super positive"
posters having left the thread, lawsuits flying (one almost a month
old), continuing relisting delays, etc,etc.
I sent an E-mail requesting any publicly available info on the suits
& probably won't get a response. I previously telephoned DCI on two
other occasions and never got a return call.
Basically, the risk/reward scenario on this company is becoming
intolerable & even the most optimistic investor would be prudent to
consider reducing his/her exposure unless they can afford to have $$$
tied up for many months - even years................V

So, per your division of parties, DCI is suing DCI??? My guess is a spin similar to the aforementioned Blackstone suit against Frontier. Edge (DCI) took a huge hit when IXC cut off (can't remember the name of the company) and thereby Edge. We lost revenues and customers. If the IXC deal re "most favored nation" pricing, etc., fails to reach fruition, then my guess is that DCI would take action against IXC to recover the losses suffered by Edge. Pure speculation, mind you, but it's probably as good as any absent the facts.
