CNBC was talking about the MCI-Skytel merger and how the news got out early because someone was watching domain name registrations.

Accordingly, federal law says companies (people) must tell the truth; ie, they can not lie. As such, "No Comment" is the best response a company can give to questions for information they don't want to make public.
