AWRE itself believes the total market is 12 million units in 2000. This includes ADSL technology from AWRE as well as competitive IP suppliers Alcatel, Pair and Orckit.

If AWRE captured 50% share, that's 6 million units in 2000. Or $9.0 million. Assume 90% profit margin and 30% tax for earnings of $6 million.

6,000,000/21,378,000=.28/share

At $50/share, the PE would be 179.

For AWRE to be priced at a 70 forward PE, the share price would have to be $19.60.

That is way out !
I think TA is great, but a (87 1/8 / 40 )
54% correction is a little more then just a TA event.

There is some FA reason, we just don't know it yet !
