This litmus test was a shake and bake. After sitting above 10,650 midafternoon, we get the Kosovo peace announcement, and head immediately to intraday high of 10,667, bring it back to 10,650, and deteriorate all the way down to 10,605 area and then rally back up near the highs of the day to close at 10,664. AXP, CAT, HWP, UK and WMT were the stand-outs. Tomorrow is judgment day for stocks and will set the direction and tone for the rest of June, imho. J.T.
