Dean,

It is their second tier I OEM. HDS is a tier I but the market didn't react as dramatically because that one may take a little longer to ramp up. Sun ships bulk and they ship it NOW!

As far as the pricing of the warrants go, who cares???

Assuming any margins of 30%, Ancor is making $67 * 0.30 = $20/share on each of those warrants, plus the exersize price for a total of over $27/share. Not too bad if you ask me. If the margins are 40% like they told us at the meeting that figure is $34/share. Gravy on top of the 7 other announced OEM's.

I have done well, after nearly being completely wiped out the latter half of last year....Been a long jagged cobblestone road but I perceive that I have stepped driven onto some asphalt...

Good luck,

Steve
