Maybe you can answer the question of the month, which is

"Who the heck is Bernie Deutsch?"

This analysis is as important as any questions about the current contracts or management's ability to carryout their business plan.

Today's telephone conference should be used to determine whether or not the PP will accept a floor and renegotiate his terms. If he(PP) does not, all shareholders, including Mr Gordon, can waive their equity goodbye. Its in all of the shareholders best interest to have a floor placed on the conversion.

My bet is that Mr. Gordon now realizes what he has done to himself and to us and he will bring an appropriate resolution to the floorless issue.

Yep, it's something that should for sure be clarified and that's the point- FACTS are needed not just assumptions or specualtion. How can we find out for SURE?

Comments?

I mean I have heard all kinds of speculation on shares O/S and Gordon's share count. No one obviously knows for sure. The trick is to find out postively, undisputably.

Is there a way to do that?
