The thing is though, FNMC had to pretty much print those shares to do the private, and it was only about enough to carry them thru 1 more qrtr at the rate they were burning money. If you look at the March 10'q, it clearly states that they could not forecast any future beyond April given the current financial condition of the company. If they are still burning money as of this upcoming earnings report, it won't look too good. The whole thing has been a huge pump and dump from the beginning. That's just my opinion though. I just wouldn't read too much into these arrangements with XMCM and such. I have a feeling the investors that participated in that private will wind up suing the daylights out of FNCM.
