And don't forget the 214,000 shares sold by insiders on April 27 and April 28.

I applaud the insiders' investment acumen. They set a sterling example for all LOCK shareholders to follow: sell into the hype.

Hi Seth,

With all due respect and sincerity, your reasoning is faulty.

Your conclusion that "INSIDERS KEEP DUMPING" which may lead one to believe that insiders are selling ALL their shares is invalid.

Since you did not include the total number of shares owned by each seller, your assertions suffer from a common fallacy known as Suppressed Evidence.

Please supply us with the suppressed evidence so we may find your conclusion valid.
