Dear EepOpp [BTW,that screen name does not exactly roll off one's tongue, electronically or otherwise. Will assume however that it has mystical importance in other respects]
As the Cox report gets vetted by guys that know which end of the rocket is up, it is increasingly obvious that the link you provided is one of many reaching the same conclusion: hysterical reports of espionage ripping gaping holes in US national security are horse poo poo. Terrific for selling newspapers and maintaining domestic partisan politics as usual which wouldn't be all that bad if it stopped there. Unfortunately, it is harming our relationship with the largest nation on the planet which could ultimately lead to the Dow Jones taking a large crappola (Ramsey's thesis). Presumably that would get somebody's attention [guarantee you it would get mine].
Interesting that my 'deep throat' guys seem to have gotten it pretty much on target. Hell, I may take up this espionage game--it's really easy: few scotch and sodas on M street and you can get the real oil, no worries. As Maurice would say, life's a giggle. SM
