Actually, I'm quite shocked at the selloff when it reached 9 7/16. It ran up nicely, as I thought, but apparently somebody felt that getting in at 6 and out at 9 7/16 was a good return (I wouldn't fight that).
What surprised me is the rapidity of the meltdown. It was going true to form (as I suspected), until somebody(s) lost the faith.

Today we seem to have another important new hire. What I find interesting in the press releases are the forward looking statements about products:

1) With today's new hire: "As Aspect begins delivering products that reduce the time-to-solution for a customer's end-to-end CRM implementation ....."

2)0n 4/17, when ASPT announced the appointment of David B. Puglia as vice president, Product Marketing, Puglia said: "now we are embarking on a vision for the next generation of software products that I find both exciting and fulfilling"

3)On 2/23, when ASPT appointed Fred Harder as vice president, Product Operations and Readiness. Said Harder. “I am excited to be taking Aspect's product development and readiness operations to the next level as the company continues to deliver end-to-end customer relationship solutions that sit at the heart our customers' businesses.”

4)On 2/22,when ASPT appointed Rod Butters as vice president of Product Strategy and Marketing. Said Butters: “Aspect will focus on providing the applications and services that will empower companies to bring their customers to the center of the business.”

I thought it was good to recall this after the recent article, from Alsop in Fortune magazine, that says: " If I am right, all business will soon have to adopt a customer-focused approach to IT. That's why I say that these companies and their products make up the Wheel of Fortune of the new economy".

Will any of you attend the Annual Application workshop in SF on June 24-26?. I bet it will be an eye opener.

Certainly CRM's market is starting a Tornado and growth is expected to explode. ASPT seems to have prepared for it. Now I would like to see the products.

Well well, the stock has performed very well. I like the slow climb. I read the MSFT PR as a standard procedure with MSFT for product development.

Anyone here who can discuss "third party call control" TAPI ??
