Tony, RE: Intel is usually conservative to a fault, so I would hope flat is a pretty conservative target.

I dunno, I'd say Intel is very accurate, not conservative in its projections. You see as much negative preannouncement as positive. Most often, it seems to me the quarterly results are within guidance.
