RG thought highly enough of the evolved plan in January to allow the reorganization plans to be released as a whoop de doo PR. RG had to take 2.5 million in January. Did Rg believe that the addition of these people would be immediate positive cash flow. What was he thinking of? How much money was spent on executing the deals in house? Have any of them been executed? Is Lifetime Learning really a deal as the PR would have us believe? Call Lifetime Learning and ask if they take a piece out of the back end of their deals? No way Jose. They get paid upfront! Theu=y are a marketing organization. Plain and simple. TSIG hired them and anounced to the investor community what looked like an exclusive relationship. You or anyof us could have contracted with Lifetime to do whatever. How much money was decided upon to be spent with Lifetime for an unknown result way off into the fall of 1999? If that money, and by my estimates after talking to Lifetime was close to $1,000,000, was more prudently spent, along with what was probably many other errors in judgement, (look at RG's record,) there would still be enough bux around to fund J Hwangs e-commerce planes. And E-Commerce is where it is. The card is nice and will probably bring in some dough eventually, but E-Commerce is explosive. There's probably a lot more but just to finsih ask if any of those people were fired or resigned and maybe then you'll start to get the bigger picture. Doesn't anyone here read? It's all in the PR. SC
