Regarding the new financing...

I wonder if CYOE will maintain an effective registration statement for all those new shares. They didn't see anything wrong with stiffing JNC (buyer of the $7 million floorless) and that agreement included severe penalties. The new financing does not contain any explicit penalties for failing to maintain an effective registration.

Mercury Telecom headquarters at 100 Park Ave in a suite # means it has to be a itsy - bitsy -teeny weenie start-up. I wonder if they have filed out all the regulatory forms and resale agreements? It is a pile of paperwork.
