I am of the school of thought that CS will eventually be bought out. I also believe that CS is at this price today because of the buyout and the positive news on the new products.

Therefore, I believe that the stock will probably trade in this range for a while and will go up either on a buyout or above average numbers. To which I believe CS will accomplish both.

Yes, it is trading at near its 52 week high. However, it you a technical investor which one must be if you are looking at the 52 week high, than you would like the prospects of the stock moving above the 52 week high to new levels.

If you look at FORE and XYLN charts, one would notice that the stock went down twice before the buyout happened. I believe that with the positive news on the products, the interest in midcap stocks by the market, and the prospect of a buyout, CS is a buy. I believe that the stock will be back to 25 within the next 6 months by a buyout or on earnings.

I also believe that if they don't get bought out that the company believes it has turned the corner. Therefore, this stock is a win all the way around.

Hold on, it is going to be boring for a while.
