I've checked before on registering stock (getting certificates delivered to me) from an IRA to perhaps help combat naked shorting. Once the stock disappears from my IRA (the day they put my certificates in the mail) I have 60 or 90 days (don't remember which) in which to get the certificates back into my IRA or it will be treated as a withdrawal and, because I'm not 59 1/2, I'd have to pay taxes at the ordinary income rate plus a penalty.

Bottom line, the IRS does allow you time to transfer things into and out of IRAs without penalties.....they have to!

Some time ago, I did a rollover of vested stock from my former employer's 401k plan. When I did this, I had the certificate made out to my brokerage trust division which manages my IRA and mailed to me in order to not take any chances. I then took the certificate to my brokerage's office and deposited it in my IRA. I could, however, have had the certificate made out to me and I would still have had ample time to get it in the IRA because of the 60 or 90 day rule.

Dave

This stock does not require your BS hype so why don't you get lost! For anybody who is interested take a look at this loser's past posts and his history of predictions that never pan out.
I for one think that MCF has a great future and it is one of my only long term holds right now but I do not have time for losers like this. This is the 4th or 5th stock thatI have heard him hype and I do not think that it does anybody any good.
