Mercury Telecom Initiates Service

NEW YORK, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercury Telecom (USA), Inc. today announced it has completed
installation and is routing traffic through its DSS Switch. Mercury Telecom plans to terminate traffic to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the
Caribbean and Mexico. The DSS 10,000 Switch from Coyote Technologies, a subsidiary of Coyote Network Systems (Nasdaq: CYOE -
news), has an installed capacity of 15 million minutes a month and is integrated with a debit card platform from Symbio-Tech.

Based in New York City, Mercury Telecom is an emerging CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier) that primarily provides wholesale
international long distance and pre-paid domestic and international long distance service to carriers. Mercury Telecom also plans to act as a
service bureau/provider to the debit card market.

SBTK was a nice 3-point scalp on the long side today. E*Trade shows it is hard to short, about half the float now short.
