t2k: You don't get it. MSFT has done nothing wrong. This is just the rough and tumble of American business. The internet memos about ripping out the competitions heart is the same as a locker room pep talk. Threatening not to sell the O/S to a dead beat bill payer (IBM) who is seeking to compete with them would be like Frito Lay delivering Brand X Chips with every bag of theirs.

This whole case is utter nonsense and Jackson is becoming more and more aware of how foolish he looks. He and the court system has been used and abused by a coalition formed by Kline and Barksdale and the rest of the anti-MSFT cabal. No consumer has been harmed by MSFT. As a prior Mac owner for 20 years I can assure you that the MSFT/INTC combination provide much more variety and value than the other O/S used by the ordinary consumer.
