No argument from me on news leak, but Yahoo board puts announcement @ 3:50.

In any event, I can't wait for tomorrow to see if we get a gap and run. To think that only yesterday I was wondering if there was ever going to be enough liquidity in this thing to unload my shares without taking a huge loss...

TVL - new release. I thought this was announced earlier and today's release was a confirmation, but I can not find any previous news so maybe I am wrong.
