Hello Ann. Quick reply. Ditto on your opinion on cable so far. For what I need in the near future DSL/ADSL will be fine with me. And yes: Storms cause a lot more havoc with my cable than my phone. And who knows how it will all play out if you get a cable connection and all your neighbors do too. I believe, that at this point, it would not be that easy to get access to the net with a lot of people being on. Anyway. I think AOL has checked this cable thing out and will get with it when needed.
